6. GENERAL BUSINESS
1. CLUB CLOTHING - After our Annual Audit Stocktake there is a feeling that we are holding too much clothing, over long periods
of time. It was explained that we have to hold such a wide varity of sizes because of the wide variety required to cover JAG members and this takes time to sell. This can only be moved by better marketing of our stock.
2. FUNCTION CENTRE - After a long discussion it was decided to keep approvals of Functions to the normal 2 per month Maximum
& that club functions are placed before private functions because after all it is the members club and they should have first choice.
With that the 2012 Presentation Night was set at 12 May 2012.
3. FINANCIAL, CLUB RECORDS/MINUTES - In the interest of members having access to 'their' club information for transparency &
accountability, but to have security against non-members, it was agreed that the members can at anytime use or
gain information via club website in the members secure section or by approaching the required Club Director to gain the
information they required. As per the Club Constitution.
4. TRANSFER OF COMPETITION POINTS - Request by John Ward that because of his age (+70 range) that he had no members to
train or to compete against, in Crowdy SLSC & LNC Branch. Request that he be able to compete for Coogee SLSC and transfer
his points to that club. Permission granted Moved Rhonda Futterleib 2nd Darryl Steere CARRIED
5. ROTARY DINNER - Reported by Rotarian Rhonda Futterleib that the Rotary Club were pleased with their annual Christmas
Dinner held at the club. The Club received a donation (and a new Member) of $2000.00.
6. LNC FINANCE - Before she could change her mind Rhonda Futterleib 'volunteered' to run Finance for the LNC Branch??? (I
quickly signed the forms before she changed her mind).
7. BUILDING MAINTENANCE - With reference to the crack in the building that required checking by building Engineer. He reported it
is OK to repair and was structually sound. Moved Adam Eady 2nd John Ward that the Building Maintenance Officer (Catherine
